You core task is to bring customer-oriented solutions in short product cycles into the digital market, in cooperation with your team. You are working in a cross-functional DevOps team which develops features end-to-end and supports them. Your work will decisively influence and shape our new Portal which we are implementing in our brand-new Microsoft Azure infrastructure. In addition to designing the user experience, your focus will be on the development of the front-end. Together with the product managers, you will refine our product vision by means of customer interviews and market research. You will make your team acquainted with this vision via design mock-ups and will be involved in the implementation of them. Additional UX/design workshops enable you and your team to become creative in the finding of solutions. As customer orientation is our top priority, you will validate solutions by means of user tests from the first idea up to the publication in regular intervals. Our focus is always on the team result. For this reason, you should be able to think out of the box. On the one hand, this means learning from the team and acquiring new capabilities. On the other hand, you are supposed to pass on your knowledge to the team, e.g. during pair programming, in the Coding Dojo, or in a common workshop.We expect you to have the following technical and expert capabilities: You are familiar with the interaction with customers in interviews and the retrieval of feedback as well as market analysis. Advanced know-how in visual design in the form of UI, UX, and Interaction Design Several years of experience in the creation of Websites and Web applications with JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Practical experience in at least one of the popular frameworks, such as Angular, Ember.js, or React In terms of your personality, you will optimally fit into our team if you: have a passion for good design, have great enthusiasm for agile working and an agile mindset, like to implement and moderate the most diverse formats to find ideas and solutions. In addition, it would be advantageous if you were experienced in: the design tools Invision and Zeplin, programming in type script, the CSS Preprocessor SASS, Microsoft Azure, working in scrum teams.
