For 350 years and across the world we have passionately pursued our curiosity to find novel and vibrant ways of enhancing the lives of others.   Your role: As Technology Enablement Lead (m/f) - Digital Platforms you help to unlock the full potential of our customer experience platform by providing solution proposals and leading projects to meet and exceed customer demand.   You will be the go-to subject matter expert for the Business Technology Marketing & Sales and BT country organizations on all questions regarding the Marketing & Sales platform capabilities with the goal to further broadening the global platform usage and expanding its overall capabilities based on new and changing business needs. Your key responsibilities include: Lead BT stream of cross-divisional global commercial & marketing transformation programs in close collaboration with global M&S functions, brand teams, regions and countries. Design digital experiences to meet business needs aligned with the overall BT target architecture, performance expectations and security requirements Visualize and communicate solution proposals according to the varying recipient’s needs (e.g. business, BT management, developers, project teams) Lead complex technology assessments to depict the most suitable solution Govern external implementation partners to ensure full adherence to standards & best re-use of technology Identify & assess new marketing & sales business technology partners, solutions and methodologies Engage in industry peer groups and build a strong external network   Who you are Knowledge of Marketing & Sales technologies like Adobe Experience Manager, ecosystem, Middleware solutions and Analytics platforms Win over business stakeholders for technical direction by pointing out its reasons and benefits for future business & organizational success Help develop others within area of expertise by giving concrete advice, coaching or mentoring them how on to succeed Being proactive, taking action and anticipating opportunities Strong influencing skills – especially working in global (virtual) matrix organization Communicating effectively orally and in writing in English language B.Sc. in IT or similar 5-7 years - Agile Software Development Experience, Project Management or Technology Management   What we offer: At Merck, there are always opportunities to break new ground.
