YOUR TASKS As a “Technical Pre-Sales Manager / Solution Consultant IoT (m/ f)” with a focus on Smart City Platforms and Solutions, you work in a highly dynamic and international environment and are responsible for the technical sales and feasibility of customer solutions. Your areas of responsibility include: You develop Smart City solution architectures within customer projects and evaluate partner Smart City concepts for integration into Deutsche Telekom AG standard solutions You hold presentations to customers with focus on technical solution competence with demonstration of customer purposes You are responsible for the technical support for our customers for expansion of Smart City use cases and integration of existing city data sources to enhance standard use cases Your tasks include the integration and coordination with all cross-cutting areas (Digital Division, Sales, Delivery, Procurement, Systems Integration, Portfolio, Marketing, Legal, Group Security, ...) You represent T-Systems towards partners and ensure the collaboration with all internal departments to guarantee effective communication and implementation of jointly developed solutions YOUR PROFILE For this challenging position, you have a completed degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Business Administration or equivalent with more than five years’ experience with M2M/IoT technologies and preferably more than two years’ experience in sales of M2M/Smart City or IoT Vertical solutions (Street Lighting, Parking, Air Quality, Public Safety, EV Charging, etc). You are familiar with one or more of the following areas: IoT Platforms such as MS Azure, Cisco, SAP MS Azure Network Technologies (e.g. LPWA, NBIoT, Cellular, 6LowPan, Lora, Sigfox) Commitment and enthusiasm for new technologies around Smart City verticals and platform Ability to communicate and convincing presentation skills also at management level with customers Excellent English language skills, with the ability to successfully discuss verbally and in writing at management level and to compile convincing documents We are looking forward to receive your application!
