Join our European team as a Technical Account Manager MaritzCX TSM’s will be experts in MaritzCX products and support Voice of Customer solutions using MaritzCX Allegiance software. This position will operate in an Agile environment and operate under moderate supervision. Reporting directly to the Director, Implementation Services, this position is both people and product-oriented and owns the responsibility to delight our clients and carrying on a tradition of service excellence. Your valued support will consist of: Ensuring complete customer satisfaction through technical expertise applied to their successful use of MaritzCX software solutions Troubleshooting and resolve technical/system-related issues and questions Acting as client’s main point of contact & escalation point for all platform related issues Working directly with clients to identify needs & technical requirements in order to guide them in successful adoption of MaritzCX software solution Identifying new product features and enhancements to enrich customer relationship Using MaritzCX Allegiance application knowledge to share best practices for implementation and ongoing updates to client’s CX program Implementing technical solutions, e.g. configure surveys, dashboards, reports, etc. using MaritzCX Allegiance Software Solutions Creating & maintaining user accounts and other system administrative tasks Conducting quality reviews for implementation deliverables including full program acceptance testing Maintaining/updating project & solution documentation Adding value through introduction of new product features and services to enhance client program This is who we are looking for: Independent thinker, creative problem solver, eye for detail, challenge seeker Ability to communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience; ability to foster credibility with a technical audience Solid technical skills to support quality software implementation & maintenance Expertise in HTML, CSS, jQuery & JavaScript preferred Agile methodology experience is preferred Proven ability to listen and empathise with a client’s situation Must be an enthusiastic and positive individual who enjoys interactions with customers and coworkers Must be extremely organised and able to manage multiple projects at the same time Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable Ability to work under the constraints of strict deadlines and short turnaround times 2-4 years experience in a technical account management role are considered an advantage We offer A chance to join a thriving office community.
