Team Leader of Master Data Management (m/w) – TAKASAGO Europe GmbH – ZÜlpich TAKASAGO Europe GmbH is one of the world's leading suppliers of flavours and fragrances. Due to continued growth and expansion we are recruiting for a Team Leader of Master Data Management (m/w) Key Responsibilities: Establish processes for master data maintenance for master data objects for all areas (eg F&A, Planning, Regulatory, ..) Clarify processes to end users and business stakeholders as required Contribute input and coordination to training documentation Maintain process documentation for master data objects and views Key resource for the business for master data support Validation of requests to ensure that they are appropriate are in line with the Business Processes Provide appropriate tools to analyze data quality and detect inconsistencies Monitor data accuracy, perform periodic audits and report results on data integrity checks Identify and raise issues to responsible Business experts Fix incorrect data or request data update from other department when owned elsewhere Perform Master Data Mass updates on request Validate and Administer approved change requests Ensure the quality of the master data and data conventions Supporting role in ongoing and special projects Progress and analyze MD related failures to determine root causes Help in analyzing technical issues to support where program issues are causing MD processes to fail Provide detailed transactional information to internal and external auditors as required Cooperate with the SAP Process Team in analyzing and resolving any program related or Master data related error Cooperate with business data owners to fix data issues or to re-assign responsibilities Develop KPIs to measure MD accuracy, consistency as well as to measure the quality of the MD related processes Improve data quality as per data governance standards Day to day decisions about system specific master data objects and the application of business rules, policy and strategy Required skills / qualifications: Successfully completed technical training or degree in (industrial) engineering, (business) information management or equivalent qualifications would be nice to have 5 years + Experience working as an SAP Consultant Strong Knowledge of SAP Eco System and Processes in the Process Industry Self-motivated, detailed and results-oriented way of working Ability to multi-tasks and prioritize Ability to recommend and establish new processes and to drive data governance policies across the company Project Management Skills and analytical mind Ability to motivate, lead and coach a team Must work well within the team and together with other departments / teams Ability to partner and build productive working relationships with internal business partners on different levels Establish and control relevant KPIs Strong written and oral Communication skills both German and English We offer: An interesting and challenging task in an innovative and expanding company Modern working conditions in a team of highly motivated colleagues The chance to develop yourself If you are interested in this position please send us your CV with a cover letter stating your salary requirements by e-mail to: . — ein Projekt von DIPLANET Digital Solutions Impressum
