The Global SAP Center of Excellence (GSCoE) is responsible for delivering Customer Support, Customer/Partner Trainings, Customer Engagement services, as well as for enabling Dell EMC Sales organizations and partners with design, presales support and proof of concepts. GSCoE technologists apply knowledge and experience in SAP HANA and SAP Leonardo solution design and testing, collaborate with Sales, partners, and System Integrators to plan for customer engagements, and independently prepare for and deliver technical briefings, solution design sessions and proof-of-concept projects. We are looking to fill an open technologist position with qualified candidates who are capable of delivering GSCoE services and possess the following skillsets: Required Skillsets: Familiarity with the SAP HANA and SAP Leonardo ecosystem from a use-case perspective. Understand how customers can leverage the power of SAP to deliver business value. You should be able to convey this to both Executives (CxO) as well as Technical (Director of IT / Data-warehouse Administrator). Familiarity with the Dell EMC Hyper-converged Infrastructure offerings including VMWare VSAN, ScaleIO, and Nutanix. Strong analysis and communication skills and the ability to develop solutions to customer’s business problems using Dell technologies Advanced presentation skills Expert knowledge for delivering Customer/Partner and internal training Ability to interact effectively with internal and external contacts (Account Management, Deployment Team, Solutions Architect, Employees, and Venders) Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Key accountabilities: Support field sales teams and large customer opportunities, focusing on specific client or enterprise technologies as they relate to Dell solution offerings around SAP solutions Assist in selling activities and solution positioning by providing in-depth expertise for SAP solutions and use cases around Dell Technologies products Deliver technical presentations to sales teams and partners with the purpose of increasing the knowledge base to drive greater demand for SAP solutions Develop use cases and GTM plans with System Integrators Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and link to the organization's products and/or services and provides feedback to solution product management and engineering teams Demonstrate feasibility of an SAP solution, often requiring a demo or proof of concept Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive knowledge of Dell’s and competitors' products and/or services around the SAP ecosystem Responsibilities Focuses majority of time on guiding and informing sales leaders, presales teams and partners, as well as product management leadership in enterprise technology areas Share best practices with other product technologists to enable effective communication with field organization and enhanced customer experience Provides technological leadership that aligns with sales leadership and drives SAP results through sales force Drives senior level technology conversations both with internal leadership and external customers and partners, and applies expansive business and technological acumen that drives the customer technical solution Analyzes long-term impact of new or anticipated strategies around SAP solution offerings and use cases Benefits Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
