Sales Support Advisor - Asset Resale and Recycling (ARR) Halle Asset Resale and Recycling (ARR) is the commercial program which is part of Dell's overall take back services. This is part of the environmental lifecycle approach that Dell promotes. The role that we want to fill is a Subject Matter Expert focused on supporting this program, covering EMEA region. It involves knowing the service offerings around resale and recycling, being able to promote and sell this internally and externally, being able to support the customers demand in delivery, being an ambassador for ARR but also be familiar with what Dell is obligated to do from a producer responsibility side with the local legislations in EMEA. We can’t wait for you to discover this for yourself as a Sales Support Advisor - Asset Resale and R ecycling (ARR) in Halle, Germany Our Sales Operations team is at the heart of developing sales processes and procedures for administering, fulfilling and communicating both online and offline orders. A bridge between sales and other operational functions, we use our peerless expertise to evaluate and implement improvements to sales programs and processes – from planning and prioritization to pricing and margin strategies, sales automation, reporting and more. Put simply, we make sure the process of getting our ground-breaking products and services to customers as simple and seamless as possible. Key Responsibilities Continued support of the growth and development of Asset Resale and Recycling Services in the region Create and be available for face-to-face and remote customer engagements Support the delivery of Unit/Revenue/Margin/Attach Rate targets Delivery of targeted ARR Customer Experience metrics Protect Dell’s revenue and margin opportunities Promotion of compliance to Dell’s Global Take Back Protocols Be sufficiently knowledgeable regarding WEEE legislation, and data security standards to enable contributions to relevant tenders, RFQ’s, etc Essential Requirements Well established knowledge of Dell Sales and Services structures is an advantage Minimum 3 years industry experience 4+ years sales experience Fluent in German is a must + ENGLISH Desirable Requirements Multiple languages Track record of Project Management with excellent admin skills Used to working with remote management Benefits We offer highly competitive salaries, bonus programs, world-class benefits, and unparalleled growth and development opportunities — all to create a compelling and rewarding work environment.
