Project Manager IT Infrastructure (Platform) Services (m/f/d) for our internal Platform Services Transformation Project

is exactly the right thing for you!


Overall supervision of our main Data center-/Platform Services transformation project including required/resulting sub-projects from A to Z

First contact person (m/f/d) for our (internal) customers, (internal) stakeholders and our IT Engineers concerning all project-related topics within the field IT Infrastructure (Platform) Services

Ensuring that the given parameters with regard to scope, quality, time and cost are achieved within the various (sub-)projects

First contact person (m/f/d) for escalation management

Definition of milestones and working packages, together with involved technical resources

Controlling of project budget

Definition, controlling and assignment of project resources (time and involved people)

Risk analysis, monitoring and mitigation in terms of time, quality and costs

Identifying needs for and arrangement of project-related workshops and meetings (e. g. scheduling, coordination of participants, preparing agenda, meeting minutes)

Regular reporting with regards to milestones, risks, decisions, required actions and status of agreed project deliverables to management and steering committee



Profound experience as a project manager (Professional level, 5 years +); Project management qualification (PMP, Prince 2 or equivalent) desirable

Ability to work in a mainly waterfall driven project environment with agile elements

Experience in supervision of Data center migration and consolidation projects especially with focus on traditional Infrastructure solutions, services and environments

Knowledge in transforming business services onto modern technologies and platforms hosted in off-premise and managed services platforms

Understanding of and ability to visualize and build technology architectures for new as well as reverse-engineered environments

Experience working in a process driven environment (ITIL Foundation welcome)

Hands-on & dig-deep mentality

English: Business fluent in spoken and written (min. Level B2); German language skills are optional

Highly committed and willing to travel (about 50 %)
