Key Responsibilities Day to day management of the distribution sales. Conduct quarterly business reviews with the assigned Distributors Consolidate the weekly outlooks of the assigned Distributors; define the mid to long term distribution strategy by account Planning, development and execution follow through of overall Partners sales-in and sales-out strategy of the assigned distributors Increase account presence by providing a high value-added working relationship with the BU leader of our distributors . Identifying short and long-term sales opportunities (up to and beyond a quarterly cycle). Conduct regular joint business reviews with the Partners of the Distributors and manage and control product Line Up by quarter Define and develop in conjunction with the assigned distributors sales out strategy and programmatic sales out campaign plans Essential Requirements Candidate should at least have more than 8 years of experience in the IT industry 4+ years of relevant experience with IT distributor or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Business degree on at least Bachelor level Strong relationship skills internally and externally Solution oriented with process and tool affinity.
