Smaato is hiring a motivated Marketing Analytics Manager to support our global marketing team with sophisticated analytics and reporting as to better understand the impact of our marketing activities and investments. The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for the marketing analytics lifecycle, from ensuring that we design the right campaigns to making sure we implement all learnings and insights to improve our global efforts.
Our ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a creative mind, and is interested in bringing new ideas to our current marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Hamburg-based international marketing team, while also closely collaborating with colleagues in San Francisco, New York, Berlin, Singapore, and Shanghai.
Manage digital marketing analytics, including end-to-end performance reporting on all marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop strategy, goals, and KPIs throughout the entire marketing funnel.
Investigate causes of aberrant data, identify opportunities for optimization, and ensure numbers are accurate.
Design and implement experiments to improve channel efficiency and drive growth.
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, or related field preferred.
Several years of experience working on performance and CRM marketing, including HubSpot and/or Pardot.
Advanced data visualization and dashboarding experience, including experience with Google Analytics and Tableau.
Demonstrated ability to cull through large volumes of complex data and develop insights and determine trends.
Ability to communicate complex analyses throughout the marketing organization, and build excitement and buy-in to analytics objectives and findings.
Native-level English; other languages are a plus but not required.
Work authorization in Germany.
