You will go ahead and make an huge impact in improving our leading cloud-based business process and decision modeling software. You will


Help other developers learn and grow.

Challenge existing and define new technical and architectural standards, in collaboration with other lead engineers.

Ensure technical excellence in the team of your responsibility, through code review, pair programming, etc..

The Product:

You will be working on our flagship product, called Signavio Process Manager. It was the first SaaS-based process modelling tool in the world and a market-leading product today. Furthermore, it is also the product that generates the greatest commercial value for Signavio.

Requirements


You love to reduce complexity.

You are familiar with a broad range of modern concepts of software development and infrastructure setups.

First-hand experience with the whole software life-cycle, from inception to operation in the cloud and are able to contribute to it and improve it.

Pioneer new technical grounds but also embrace the legacy monolith.

Have demonstrated leadership abilities in an engineering environment in driving operational excellence and best practices and mentoring other team members.

You have in-depth and significant professional experience in finding simple solutions for complex software development problems.
