In connection with end-users and SAP experts you will:

Ensure an efficient end user support (via email, phone and ticketing system);

Monitor the activities of our IT provider for the components on which our main applications are hosted;

Secure the access of users to all RTL Group “Referenced Applications” and comply with authorization policies (segregation of duties, approval);

Participate actively in the continuous improvement of our system support processes and assist in the set-up of preventive / detective controls.

You have a relevant degree/qualification in computer science and you have ideally gained a first professional experience in a similar context;

Practical “hands-on” experience in supporting SAP ERP (FI-CO-PS-MM-SD-Workflow), SAP BW and / or SAP Financial Consolidation;

You have a basic understanding of financial and accounting processes;

You are fluent in English; additional German and / or French are an asset;

You have a strong focus on building client relationships and excellent communication skills;

You are well-organized, autonomous and a team player;

You are rigorous in your work and follow-up on processes.
