identify technologies supporting and streamlining the implementation of our business strategies

build comprehensive system solutions, examine existing frameworks and prepare for the needs of the future.

The new colleague will report to and closely cooperate with an experienced SAP Application Architect. The focus will be on supporting the departments Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Controlling both in terms of strategy and daily business.

Duties and Responsibilities will include the following, but are not limited to:

Investigate business needs and develop potential solutions for improvement

Identify and select application solutions

Adapt and customise additional functionalities for existing applications

Write documentation about the application functions

Provide user introductory trainings

Administer the application

sound technical and business-related background

excellent understanding of SAP systems and set-ups

3 - 5 years of experience with SAP systems and in customising FI, CO, MM, SD modules

BI application knowledge and strong interest in growing in this area

good knowledge of general IT, e.g. data base, infrastructure and network

solid understanding of business processes and their context

analytical skills to understand problems as well as processes and find appropriate solutions

good communication skills to discuss with a variety of departments and cultures

solid knowledge of German, fluent English (spoken and written)

Employee will work primarily in an office environment

Occasional travel and fieldwork, potentially including international travel
