Ensure uninterrupted IT services by partnering with various technology towers for successful technical delivery of end to end solutions and thereby aiding to achieve optimum IT infrastructure performance.

Drive and being advisor for planned projects and activities to deliver the strategic IT roadmap

Advise business units and stakeholder on planned infrastructure needs and strategic plans

Define requirements for the local infrastructure projects to ensure optimum infrastructure performance

Ensure that local technical and operational requirements are being covered in globally delivered programs with impact to local infrastructure

Own and steer client stakeholders and service suppliers to demonstrate value on how a portfolio of IT services is being managed

Capture the demand across the business line; facilitate planning and prioritization of change delivery within the aggregate demands placed on GTIS

Plan, coordinate and supervise designated activities related to the design, development, testing, deployment, support and maintenance of new or existing IT infrastructure and information systems

Advise subject matter expert and coach Infrastructure Analyst in application administration

Ensure that the technical capabilities are in line with project and compliance requirements when a new technology is introduced

Implement Incident and Change management according to ITIL Standards

At least 5 years of working experience as IT Support Engineer for handling in service support of IT and project management

Ability to analyse complex technical setups to provide detailed technical subject matter expertise

Good documentation and presentation skills

In depth knowledge and experience in mid- or big size storage, virtualisation and network environments

Understanding of building resilient, robust and high-performance infrastructure components

In depth knowledge and experience in compliance requirements, technical requirements and IT risk & security framework

Experience in supplier management

Expert knowledge of SCCM 2007/2012

In depth knowledge of Active Directory and MS SQL

Proficient experience in Storage (EMC VNX/Isilon), Cisco Network and/or VMWare Administration

In depth Experience on maintaining and administrating Server (Win XP/7/10, W2k3/8/12) & Network technologies (DHCP, DNS)

ITIL certification/experience with special focus on: Business Continuity Management, Information Security Management, IT Continuity Management
