Job-ID: 216487_ENThe newly founded Digital Unit defines the Customer dialogues of the future at Mercedes-Benz e.g. personalized online Sales- and Aftersales Offers, further development of Web platforms and development of Apps. The digital change has highest priority within the strategy of Mercedes-Benz. Self-organization, End-to-End product responsibility, teamwork as well as equally balanced responsibilities are the foundation for the success of the digital unit. Your Tasks will be: You are responsible for personalized online experiences to increase conversions on our webpages. You are defining new customer experiences by configuring Adobe Target, Tag Implementations and A/B Tests. You are consulting the Product Owner how to realize usecases. You are responsible for the configuration of Adobe Target by defining standard codes as well as training of user groups for a usage of those Standards. You are able to configure, test and analyze the success of target elements within MVPs (Minimum Viable Products). In addition you are interested to become the Target Expert at Mercedes. You want to create Best Practice Stories and sharing those with your Community, answering questions from markets/regions and supporting them in the daily doing.Professional qualification: University degree in information technologies, media technologies or information technologies and business administration Expert in Online Targeting and AB Testing (ideally within the automotive business) Working experience with Adobe Target digital Marketing-Solutions e.g. configuration of target activities, manual creation of offer codes, tag implementation Experience with Tag Management Tools e.g. Adobe DTM / Google Tag Manager and technical support for tracking implementations Experience with Web Technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery and ASP Experience with script languages for the design of reports are from benefit Experience with further targeting technologies, content management systems, cookie technologies, data security regulations are from benefit Working experience with Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics Experience within an agile development environment Business English skills Business German skills and further languages will be a benefit Personal competencies: Analytical, process oriented & structured Focused & solution oriented Good team + communication skills Committed & highly motivated Good conventional skills
