E.ON Digital Technology (EDT) manages and implements with around 1,700 employees the E.ON Group's group-wide digital transformation of E.ON SE, an internationally active private energy company that focuses on energy networks, customer solutions and renewable energies. EDT provides the technological platforms to support the international business activities of the entire E.ON Group. EDT is headquartered in Hanover, Germany.


Modelling of scalable data warehouses and data flow architectures

Evolution of E.ON's data platform in response to changing requirements and continuous advancements in technology

Understanding of technical requirements for data topics

Communication with data scientists and researchers

Timely and efficient implementation

Continuous improvement of cloud infrastructure

Driving the overall data quality and cross-application data integration

Working closely together with the enterprise architecture team and the data and analytics teams (data science, business intelligence)



Experience in the development of data warehouses or databases

Experience in data and infrastructure management

Good knowledge of managing, manipulating and transforming data from a variety of sources

Experience in setup and management of infrastructure on Azure or AWS

Familiarity with the following technologies is an advantage: Snowflake DB, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory, SQL, PowerBI, R, Python

Fluency in English and German
