Internal Sales Rep APOS Services m/w Halle (Saale), Sachsen-Anhalt General Summary: Individual contributors responsible for selling Dell’s support services offers at After Point of Sale to specified customer segments and ensuring best in class performance for those offers; the ability to utilize fluent German in the role is essential. Key Priorities: Attains targeted sales goals for assigned account set Works with sales team on account planning activity Leads APOS forecast and pipeline management process for assigned account set. Proactively identify customer needs/requirements and recommends/quotes appropriate Dell APOS Services. May be required to support sales on customer visits Acts as a subject matter expert on all or elements of the APOS Services portfolio to support the sales organization to meet and/or exceed their objectives. Works with Sales teams to sell APOS offerings and provides on-going communication with Sales teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive message to the customer Delivers exceptional customer experience in alignment with Dell Standards Maximises the inclusion of Dell product /services relevant to the opportunity Develops and implements plans to ensure best in class performance for the programmes that he/she is responsible for Keeps up to date with Dell product / solution offerings, partner offerings, current industry trends and fully assess the impact on Dell customers and potential customers Assists in the on-going education/development of the team including coaching them on how to sell APOS Services effectively Ensure successful role out of new APOS services offers Interactions with Customers, Marketing, Internal Sales Reps/Account Executives, Management, Business Operations and Finance, Services Sales Specialist, System Consultants, Technical Sales Representatives, EMEA Solutions teams Qualifications: Sales minded with a sense of urgency to get to the required results (drive for results) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in managing time and resources, capable at self-managing from a day to day perspective Viewed as a trusted expert to the customer and uses knowledge of Dell’s services to recommend appropriate APOS services Is proficient in a broader range of service offerings Utilizes effective probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative solutions Analyzes multiple factors to both anticipate/identify customer problems/needs and recommends appropriate solution Engages cross functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/meet customer needs Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met Advanced level services sales representative, broad understanding of services and technology in the industry; contributing beyond self, sought out by others Keeps account team up to speed on new services and how they can benefit from them Excels in the administrative and operational requirements of the job Fluent German and good English language skills Preferences: Knowledge about Dell Business Model (direct / indirect) Good overview about dell products
