Inhouse Consultant Software Asset Management (m/f)

Are you a software licensing expert able to advise on complex licensing models? Are you a focused and driven individual motivated by success? Do you want to work in an exciting and demanding international team? If the answer to these questions is yes, we should talk. We are looking for an Inhouse SAM Consultant to be based in either our Leipzig or Munich offices.

Your tasks:


Use a licensing management tool for data collection, consolidation, reconciliation and other features as required

Work directly with our international SAM consultants in 33 countries to provide SAM services to customers all over the world

Collect SAM related data e.g. licensing information, installed software, customer contracts with vendors, etc.

Use customer’s technical information to work out all installed software products, users and virtual machines etc.

Create license reconciliations based on information from the customer’s purchase and installation data

Make recommendations for improvement

Participate in increasing internal licensing knowledge for different vendors and continual process improvement


Your skills:


Minimum of 2 years Software Asset Management knowledge and experience

Licensing knowledge for one or more vendors, such as; Microsoft, Symantec, Adobe, etc.

Ideally experienced with Snow or Flexera

Good process and analysis skills

Strong Microsoft Excel skills

Fluent in spoken and written English

Flexibility and agile approach to customer projects
