UniCredit Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) offers local expertise as well as international reach and accompanies corporate clients globally, providing them unparalleled access to 16 home markets and another 18 countries worldwide. With more than 3,500 professionals, CIB offers Corporate Banking and Transaction Services, Structured Finance, Capital Markets and Investment Products. The CIB Business & Process Transformation (B&PT) department is responsible, within the CIB Division, for all organizational matters. In particular, CIB B&PT works jointly with the CIB business lines in the set-up of the organizational model of all CIB dedicated structures. It is also responsible for organizational, operational and administrative matters of CIB International Network. The IT Demand & Quality Management unit is a unit established within the CIB B&PT area. The unit is managing the IT-related business demands versus, and assures the quality of services provided by the IT provider (UBIS, UGBS, 3rd parties etc.). In that, the unit supports all CIB Business across legal entities and locations on top management level. Key tasks and responsibilities Our Impact International Graduate Program is a 18-month development journey that will give you a unique insight into UniCredit. Thanks to a rotational path, you will get to know various business lines and areas of the bank, acquiring skills and competencies, and creating your own network. Your entry as Graduate and home base of the Impact Graduate Program will be in our IT Demand & Quality Management unit within the CIB Business & Process Transformation area. This will require to interact directly or indirectly with the top management of relevant business, Head of CIB B&PT and other top managers within CIB, as well as with other business representatives and other staff on operational level, in order to perform/ support: - the initiation and conduction of yearly IT project portfolio planning, demand and project activation process - the analysis and alignment of Business Requirements and Business Cases with respect to IT Demand Requests and their alignment with overall business in IT strategies - the collection of approvals from the Group Project and Expenses Committee - content- and budgetwise Portfolio reporting (reporting on demand landscape and reporting of the portfolio status in cooperation with IT providers), also considering non-IT costs - close interaction with other CIB functions and other governance units of the bank outside CIB 8e.g. outsourcing management, IT, etc.) in order to monitor and steer IT service levels - organization and conduction of alignment meetings with top management Qualification and competencies - Preferably a master’s degree in economics, information technology or other business relevant study field - Interest for the CIB business with a specific focus on Global Transaction Banking - Knowledge of IT requirements management, in combination with fair understanding of the CIB value chain - Good communication, presentation and MS Office skills - Being able to work under time pressure - Strong orientation to problem solving - Costumer-orientation - Excellent team playing skills - Self-motivated and self-reliant - International experience - Fluency in English; German and/or Italian as a plus - Internationally Mobile - Full-time availability starting from September 2018 Our offer to you - 18 months on- and off-the-job learning - Job Rotations (at least one abroad) - International experience - Individual Learning and Development path - Networking activities and events - Permanent contract from the beginning Bewerbungsdetails Location: München Employment Factor: Full-time Contact: Becker Sabine 089 378 47051 Application: www.hvb.de/jobs Additional Information: Code: DE-103-51531617-20180413-145313-EN Firmenlogo, verlinkt auf www.hvb.de
