Job Purpose/Role

Data and Digital within Allianz Global Benefits is in charge of providing State-of-the-Art reporting and management information as well as further developing the related digital environment for the International Employee Benefits business of Allianz Global Benefits in the Corporate Protection, Pension & Asset Management segment.The Global Data and Digital Solution Manager is part of the Allianz Global Benefits Operations Department and focuses beside the defining of the digital strategy and delivery of the right digital infrastructure and delivery of projects to achieve agreed goals on the ongoing management of Salesforce.com (SFDC) to deliver to sales, clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities




Responsible for defining the digital strategy for Allianz Global Benefits and the delivery of the right digital infrastructure with focus on SFDC and leading business owners on process alignment

Managing the full value chain of SFDC projects, from defining scope, requirements and deliverables to actual implementation, testing and user training

Acting as liaison for the management of all aspects of functional development, maintenance and specific enhancements, data integrity, and security in SFDC in close collaboration with PMO colleagues

Collaborate with main stakeholders such as Sales, Product & Solutions and Distribution to understand business needs and requirements. Support the definition of Sales KPIs and analyzing SFDC data to produce ad hoc / regular reporting.

Ensure and drive a smooth working relation with IT Provider(s) (e.g. SFDC, AZTEC)

Subject matter expert for a line of business and/or global proposition e.g. Pooling topics incl. Certificates / Reporting.

Responsible to ensure, that the digital setup follows Allianz Standards such as ISO, DPO and ensure respective implementation

Handling the full operational administration of SFDC including:
- Managing the full user life cycle
- Creating and maintaining formulas, workflows, processes, objects, fields, validation rules and templates - Maintaining custom reporting and dashboards (standardized and ad hoc) - Cleansing data, uncovering and resolving data integrity issues - Completing bulk uploads of data and mass reassignment - Managing workshops, training and overall communication on SFDC topics - Implementing new SFDC features and managing integration of 3rd party products

Deliver presentations and decision papers to decision makers (Management and Top Management)

Expected average workload split: 60% operational - 40% projects




Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

Qualifications:


University degree in Informatics or Mathematics and/or professional qualification

Mastery of SFDC or similar CRM systems

Extensive Knowledge of SFDC of architecture and procedures

Design Knowledge of tangible application design to reflect business needs and understanding of implementation into SFDC application to support operational workflow processes

Knowledge in SQL, database structures and MS Office products (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook) including expertise in Excel macros and graphs are an asset

Deep knowledge about GDPR, Certification is an advantage

Knowledge in BI data-structure and Oracle Databases and their interfaces to other applications such as SAS or SAP is an advantage

Fluent in German and English; other languages an advantage

Comfortable with a variety of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Experiences:

Ideally 3-5 years relevant job experience as SFDC administrator and/or developer

Proven analytical and problem solving skills with a proven track to deliver results clearly to a wide array of recipients. Able to manage to avoid failures before they happen; if they happen able to resolve them timely

Highly organized and motivated self-starter with strong entrepreneurial thinking, who can deliver results with minimal direction

Ability to express messages clearly, both in written and verbally. Ability to “sell” key massages related to digital and data.

A solid blend of both business and IT solution design experience with proven (hands-on) experience in delivering end-to-end solutions (e.g. database solution architecture)

Capable to prioritize and strongly engage with others to achieve joint goals

Ability to quickly grasp team needs and offer concrete suggestions above and beyond what they are asking for

Naturally curious individual with the ability to quickly become an expert in the various data and systems used by the team

Ability to work under pressure and independently while also being team-minded

Understanding of Employee Benefits Solutions would be an asset, ideally at an international level

Thinks out of the box and deliver ideas to improve current status to bring organization to the next Level
