Key Responsibilities Primary liaison/Single Point of Co-ordination and Support to the Dell Sales and Services teams on all aspects of the Dell Configuration Services (CS) portfolio and the ProDeploy for Client (PD) Service offering including order status, forecasts, etc. Primary liaison on all Dell CS/PD related issues including; engineering and any others as necessary to ensure the effective execution of CS/PD project schedules across the EMEA region with a primary focus on Germany. Provide co-ordination support to the Global CS & PD projects outside of the EMEA Region. Scheduling of CS/PD queries and order quotations and providing value add responses in a timely and effective manner. Be the Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to customer quoting and tender submissions, with an appreciation for tender documentation and how to tailor answers to Customers specific agendas and needs. (i.e. not standard boiler plate answers/solutions). Assist sales with all CS/PD pre-sales activities including CS/PD capabilities, delivery times, and pricing. Be able to understand and present Dell’s CS & PD offerings to the customer Essential Requirements Related Technical Engineering/IT/Computer Science degree qualified of equivalent. Related Project Management and IT Professional accreditations e.g. PMI CAPM / PMP, MCSE, Prince2. Strong knowledge of Dell Technologies Services, hardware products and services offerings including Configuration Services and ProDeploy Good project management knowledge and service delivery skills. Good powers of expression and written communications. Good customer facing and presentation skills, good problem solving / analysis / negotiation skills Fluent German & English skills.
