EMEA role responsible for cross-functional management of services for Storage, Data Protection, HCI & CI solutions through their entire life-cycle to achieve P&L goals. Uses technical and industry experience to formulate product/ solution strategies. Works across functional areas to implement product/ solution strategies. Analyzes markets to determine opportunities. Ensures offerings are defined to maximize profitability. Evaluates and adjusts product strategies to respond to competition. Works with product development leaders to ensure customer needs and requirements are represented. Key Responsibilities • Manage the Run-The-Business (RTB) forums to coordinate with x-functional teams and drive Revenue, Margin and Attach Rate aligned with regions • Applies broad knowledge of company’s product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas and emerging product/service opportunities; Works across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating product plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of product/ solution decisions to all stakeholders. • Assesses and determines priorities within area of expertise; Reviews product/ solution evaluation metrics from multiple sources and ensures they are incorporated in future versions. · Integrates deep subject matter expertise with Modern Data Center industry experience, in-depth knowledge of trends within area of expertise and relevant related disciplines. · Develops complex solutions to business problems or customer engagements through in- depth analysis, coordination and negotiation with key decision makers. · Adapts and integrates own experience with Dell-wide strategy. Guided by business plans and strategy and contributes to strategic decisions affecting the discipline; Initiates new or revised programs and initiatives. · Contributes to business results through quality of results, advice and decisions; Influences a broad spectrum of stakeholders toward achieving business goals by building consensus. Essential Requirements Bachelor’s Degree and 8+years of relevant experience. Leadership through effective communication with, and motivation of, others above, equal and below their grade level to drive collaboration and alignment for smooth product execution across the organization and through the product life cycle. Candidate must be effective in a matrixed, multi-cultural, global environment. Able to understand necessities from other regions/countries. Desirable Requirements MBA Domain knowledge of Support & Deployment Services Excellent understanding and experience of Dell's Offer Life-cycle Process. Demonstrate ability to create and present executive-level presentations to obtain agreement. A proven track record as a decisive, action-oriented individual, who has led cross-functional global teams to define and achieve high value objectives. This individual will have the ability to coalesce varied constituents and drive to achieve superior results on a consistent basis. Should possess highly effective interpersonal style and strong analytical skills is required. Must be able to engage at multiple levels of Dell. Candidate should be a tech industry professional with cross–functional experience (e.g. Product line management, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning).
