EMEA MSSP Sales Specialist - Netwitness Suite Competitive salary UK, Netherlands, Germany, Benelux RSA is looking for a dynamic business leader to join the RSA NetWitness team as a Channel Sales Manager specializing in building and sustaining partnerships with Managed Security Service (MSS) providers who offer Monitoring, Detection, and Response (MDR) cyber services to public and private organizations. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for creating and driving highly technical, scalable, and repeatable programs with Service Providers to create reach, scale and leverage for RSA Go to Market teams. The primary responsibility of this role is to accelerate revenue and new customer growth for the RSA NetWitness suite when used by Service Providers. The RSA NetWitness Suite delivers end to end visibility across the organization – from logs, network, endpoints and threat intelligence – to help end users and Service Providers rapidly detect and respond to the threats that matter most. The Channel Sales Manager will be focused on working with Service Providers that are best positioned bring these capabilities to market using a varity of models including Service Provider hosted RSA NetWitness solutions. The Channel Sales Manager will serve as the main liaison across key RSA stakeholders inclusive of sales, sales leadership, field marketing, and executive leadership to ensure a cohesive experience for our Service Providers as they align to RSA’s key business initiatives and go to market strategies. Drive, determination and the ability to think outside the box to align many moving parts are essential qualities for this role. Responsibilities Develop and maintain a strong understanding of RSA’s key focus areas including key customer challenges, product benefits, differentiators and partner opportunities. Establish and grow relationships with key Service Provider stakeholders. Develop enablement plans for Service Providers to ensure partner has necessary level or expertise around the RSA NetWitness suite. Accountable for aligning RSA and partner goals and objectives. Responsible for establishing joint business plan and cadence to track progress against achievement of goals and objectives using key metrics important for both RSA and our Service Provider. Engage and coordinate Sales, Sales Management, Field Marketing, PS, Education and Product Enablement, Customer Support, and Business Development activities. Drive engagement between RSA field and key Service Provider stakeholders including the Service Provider’s leadership, RSA practice leaders, and in some cases end users. Defines and implements Service Provider specific programs and promotions meeting these requirements. Oversee the development, delivery and execution of solution focused Service Provider training and awareness programs. Program components may include: sales briefs, marketing collateral, data sheets, playbooks, web media, win stories, newsletters, sales presentations, partner presentations and customer facing presentations that can be delivered by partner sales representatives and/or Service Provider in support or specific channel programs and/or promotions. Skills And Qualifications A demonstrable working knowledge of the RSA NetWitness Suite to include macro configuration alternative, macro solution sizing, licensing strategies, and common local and remote deployment strategies. A demonstrable knowledge of macro virtualization and cloud architectures used throughout the Service Provider landscape. Minimum of 8 – 10 years of experience in a partner management, technical sales related role. Ability to establish and manage trusted relationships with senior business leaders. Strong project management background and expertise. Demonstrated ability to work in a matrixed environment, fostering communication across multiple teams, while promoting independent activities and parallel efforts. Excellent communication, team work, presentation, problem solving, negotiation and time management skills. Willingness and ability to travel up to 35% of the time. Competitive, refuse-to-lose attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent team building and listening skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field required; MBA preferred. Experience with security or risk management market desirable. Existing relationships with key Service Providers also desirable.
