Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be driving merchandising product placement, pathing, promotion and content to optimize conversion and consideration. He will also lead on campaign management and product launch online. Customer site experience – continuously review all aspects of the site, define and project manage EMEA merchandizing quality improvements across Dell.com Manage the day-to-day execution of site changes, offer updates, quality fixes, merchandising placement, partner messaging etc. using ticket-request tools, and ensuring execution with all stakeholders Optimize and quality assure desktop / notebook content on all Dell.com in EMEA; manage the purchase path, deliver merchandising of offers according to briefing and oversee offer positioning and messaging Quality assure translated merchandizing in EMEA and work with online implementation teams to review copy-text and make recommendations for improvement Optimize EMEA online product pages for natural search and recommend search improvements across all products Essential Requirements Fluent in German and advanced English Business related degree preferred Excellent team player, contributor and supporter with strong attention to detail, drive for results and the ability to self-motivate Solid understanding of the online business and ability to think outside the box creatively Ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently and effectively handle multiple ad-hoc requests or projects Excellent people and communication skills – the role involves liaising and negotiating with multiple stakeholders Desirable Requirements French language skills is an advantage Industry certifications are an advantage Competitive industry knowledge is a plus Salary in Slovakia starting from: 1070 EUR gross/monthly Benefits Our people are the most critical component of our long-term success and their health and wellbeing are our priority.
