At our Dornbirn site, Hexagon Geosystems Services AT GmbH provides global services for the entire Hexagon Group, but above all for the “Geosystems” division and its subsidiaries (eg Leica Geosystems AG). We are looking for our location in Heerbrugg or Dornbirn, depending on the possibilities of the candidate, for a Director Information Security & Privacy (f/m) Your main tasks include: Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining the organization’s information security programs and Cyber Security framework (ideally based on ISO 27001). Develops an enterprise information security and privacy governance model including information security & privacy policies, standards, guidelines and controls in compliance with applicable security and privacy regulations. Develops and implements information security & privacy trainings for employees, including dissemination and explanation of policies and procedures. Leads security reviews and risk assessments for critical systems, infrastructure and third parties. Conducts the investigation of information security and privacy breaches and assists with disciplinary and legal matters associated with such breaches as necessary. Informs and partners with Legal, Risk Management, IT, Group Hexagon Compliance and Privacy Officer and internal audits on security and privacy matters. Support local organizations to address everyday privacy compliance (e.g. GDPR) issues in particular in relation to local business activities and internal administration. Review and negotiate all Data Use Agreements, mitigate and approve questionable internal and external requests for data. Produces information security focused metrics, key resource indicators, incident management and reporting to the attention of the Management. Serves as advisor to the business regarding secure alternatives and best practices. On a regular basis, communicates with, and advises Senior Management relative to IT Security, particularly with respect to the more complex, high profile concerns and opportunities. Maintains relationships with authorities on all levels, and other related governmental agencies, and responds their requests. Reporting to COO/CFO of Hexagon Geosystems. Your profile: Completed University degree in one of the field: economics, information technology, business administration, business engineering or business informatics understanding of information security management Experience in dealing with complex matters by adopting a pragmatic approach, identifying core requirements from both information security & privacy and a business perspective and translating them into simplified activities that address the problem Experienced in international Project Management Strong analytical, communicative, interpersonal and assertive skills Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within an organization with senior leaders Fluency in English and German Good understanding of IT-supported business processes Good MS Office Knowledge Willingness to travel We are an international group with the culture of a start-up, which makes us unique.
