We are looking for a Digital Transformation Advisor in Cloud, Platforms and ITO (CPI) to join our cross-country Advisory team in Germany. You will have the opportunity to work with highly skilled and knowledgeable Advisory, Sales and Solutioning professionals across the Central and North Europe region to help our major clients in their digital transformation journey.   She/he is closely aligned to DXC’s Cloud, Platform & ITO offering family and will also need to coordinate and work closely with DXC Strategic Partners to achieve success and manage interactions with our existing clients. Main responsibilities:   - Demonstrate Mastery of the DXC Hybrid IT, Platforms for Digital Transformation and Transformation to Hybrid Story. Execute the 4 stages of Advisory engagements - Enquiry, Exploration + Qualification - Consensus building to help clients align internally on what’s important - Insight gathering and fact checking to validate accuracy of current state representation - Recommendations, Roadmap developments and business case preparations to enable clients to take the essential next steps on their transformation journey - Illustrate Strategic thinking and planning techniques commensurate with consulting best practices and workshop facilitation - Shape opportunities, from a very early stage (sales stage 1-2) and guide client on the Cloud adoption Journey, illustrating capability and confidence to influence. Such engagements will connect Business Outcomes to Technology and Service Model adoption, and will define the strategic roadmap for client transformation programs. - Capture trends in Client and Market demand signals and share with stakeholders (regional enablement leads and Regional Leadership) for use in shaping future POR/R&D - Contribute IP, Collateral and Process knowledge to be re-usable and shared by the WW Advisory community - Demonstrate ability to influence opinion leaders (analysts) in their assessment of DXC Strategic Vision and Ability to Execute with Hybrid IT - Collaborate and build strong relationships with DXC Account Teams like Account General Managers and Account Executives, and DXC’s Partner Sales Teams to ensure proper engagement with these teams and customers. - Assists in opportunity qualification and risk assessment.   Qualifications   -        10+ years (Master) of Advisory experience and technical knowledge in the area hybrid cloud solutions -        Highly developed consultative approach, with business development skills with an ability to consult with CXO's of global companies -        Offering Vertical experience or Industry Vertical experience – advantage -        Public Cloud (Azure, AWS) experience – advantage -        Experience with international or global clients -        Highly trusted individual who maintains and expects high standards for self and team -        Able to work across multi-functions/multi-individuals to achieve desired results -        Unique and comprehensive Cloud Services industry knowledge in multiple key industry IT domains both internal and external to DXC -        Capable of working with clients to develop their high-level IT strategy and roadmap -        In-depth knowledge about the customer's business, strategy and challenges -        Knows DXC’s entire portfolio and how to integrate different solutions to create unique and innovative solutions for the customer -        Familiarity with program & project management methodologies -        Leadership skills in directing pursuit and/or delivery teams with many indirect reports -        Highly developed business development, negotiation skills and ability to influence contract content.
