manager (m/f/d) will primarily be responsible for globally supporting and managing service levels for the crm application and all linked tools (ie interfaces lime survey) in this role you will also global sales process conducting crm user trainings for inside and field sales as well as product management and quality organization globally your profile university or related degree in economics or equivalent education business and / or it consulting experience would be beneficial substantial experience with crm systems possibly in defining and designing of sales processes and related it applications good understanding of corporate it landscapes excellent communication and influencing skills in order to drive change within the organization strategic thinker with a global view combined with a track record of project management skills result-oriented self-reliant working style fluent in written and spoken english is a must other languages (eg german french spanish) will be a plus
