You will be a part of the Global Field Consulting (GFC) that drives projects and initiatives to improve our consulting business aiming at increasing consulting quality, streamlining approaches across countries and developing consultants in their respective fields.

The initiative “Global Digital Practices” covers multiple Industries, Lines of Business as well as Analytics and Data. The Global Digital Practices are set up as a project organization. Practice Heads and Core Team members from different countries are involved in the Practice Work.


Regular collaboration with each of the Practice Heads and Core Teams

Ensuring the overall initiative plan and that each Digital Practice is working on agreed deliverables

Ensuring deliverable standards, publishing and regular updates of relevant documents

Collaboration with the Global Business Functions Sales and it.products as well as other GFC initiatives, where Digital Practice involvement is required



Strong Experience in SAP and knowledge about the portfolio

Experience in working with international teams

Experience in Project Management

Experience in MS SharePoint

Ability to work independently with no supervision and guidance plus highly developed communication skills

Ability to influence internal and external key stakeholders and build consensus

Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

Willingness to travel

Fluent in English orally and in writing; and preferably other languages
