Assigned to a particular territory or a specific partner, our teams are dedicated to driving sales of Dell products, systems and services. The focus is on getting the very best from a host of indirect sales channels. From value-added resellers to distributors and retailers, it’s about finding what works and constantly exploring ways to make it work even better. These relationships can change everything. Key Responsibilities Ensure partners within their account set, or assigned territory, are enabled to effectively position and sell Dell EMC solution. Works with channel partners to identify and qualify mutually rewarding pipeline generation activities, sales strategies, and business opportunities. Provides channel partner feedback to the Dell EMC to match market needs with company products and service offerings. Leads partner prioritization of strategic Dell EMC Lines of business and solutions through certification training and enablement. Develops, motivates and coordinates Dell EMC segment sales team, BU and inside Channel sales team to optimize sales execution. Interfaces between the channel partner and Dell EMC teams to manage conflict and ensure that service level agreements are met. Customarily engaged at partner facilities.
