This is a new layer within our organisation so you will have a chance to mould it together with your fellow ASM’s, to improve the workflow and all of the associated processes.  You will build strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and propose the best mix of services to meet them, internally you will  help our Sales teams with responding to RFP and RFIs and also transition new projects to the Services delivery team for fulfilment. This position is all about communication and managing a huge flow of requests and incoming information, the more initiative you take the better. There is flexibility to work from home or our Frankfurt office with around 20% travel involved visiting our various customers and teams within the region. Key Responsibilities: · Explain to the customers how our services work, including Implementation, Training, Consulting, Managed Services, and Technical Account Management · Understand what the customer wants to buy and create a value proposition and adoption plan for him to get what he needs with help of Professional Services · Lead scoping calls, propose solutions, develop accurate estimates, write Statements of Work (SOW), and handle objections with customers · Work with Sales team to respond to RFI and RFQ solicitations and answer questions related to services solutions · Provide training and mentoring to the Sales team with regards to Professional Service solutions, and lead internal efforts to improve services and sales collateral · Monitor project status to identify risks and resolves issues when they are escalated · Own services pursuits in territory and ensures completion of services and management of order backlogRequired skills/experiences:   · 5+ years of experience in account service and/or management or solution sales · Proven track record of executing RFP/sales process life-cycle, responding to RFP and SOW deadlines, and driving to close bookings · Ability to create defensible project scope and adhere to Contract Management best practices and business guidelines · Scoping, producing, and delivering SOWs that meet customers’ desired business outcome · Value-oriented perspective with ability to articulate product and service value to the customer · Ability to drive process and systems changes to improve productivity and streamline work processes · Strong presentation skills to create a compelling business case showing the value, capabilities, and differentiation of complex service solutions Preferred skills/experiences:   · Experience with the sale, implementation, and/or customization of Ivanti’s suite of products · 5+ years work experience, primarily in customer-facing role such as Account Management, Technical Sales, Consulting, or Project Management · 2+ years of experience in IT Operations management or IT Service Management · 2+ years of experience in designing and maturing IT Asset Management practices · ITIL Foundation Certification · Understanding of industry standards and practices in IT service management, systems management, and general IT best practices · Experience managing complex customer-facing projectsA fun working environment and an opportunity to work with skilled professionals.
