Application Developer (m/f) Java / DevOps Location: Aachen - Reference No: 85962 Your key responsibilities: You will be part of an agile team which develops applications based on the Java-technology-stack. As a team we currently transition towards a closer integration between development and operations and towards a smoother release and deployment process. You will have the opportunity to take part in this transition and form it. Your tasks: You develop JEE-applications in the area of account-based payments You make our applications DevOps-ready You contribute to making our applications easily testable You design RESTful APIs being used by our customers You collaborate with operations and acceptance testers Job requirements: You have a degree in software engineering or equivalent education You are at ease with the following tools&technologies: Java-EE Web-services (REST, SOAP) Relational databases GIT version control or equivalent You are eager to work with Docker and micro services. Experience is a plus!
